Before you come to the booth

Where is my customer data stored?

In the EU only. Our servers are in Munich, Germany, and customer data is not transferred outside the EU.

How long does it take to launch?

About two weeks. Day one is an audit and demo, week one connects your Wi-Fi, till, website and CRM, and in week two the first scenarios go live.

What does it cost?

Guest Wi-Fi starts at €39 per venue per month. The rest of the platform is priced for your setup: number of venues, size of your customer base, the components you need and any one-time integrations.

Can I start with one venue or one product?

Yes. Start with guest Wi-Fi or web analytics in one location and add components and venues later. Your data is already in place when you grow.

Do I need new equipment?

It depends on your current Wi-Fi. If you need access points or beacons, we include them in your quote.
