History
History & facts
The company started as a guest Wi-Fi operator for cafés, restaurants, hotels and shopping centres. Working with offline-first businesses, we saw the core problem: visitor data piles up in separate systems — Wi-Fi, POS, CRM, the website — and never forms a single picture. That is how the oneCDP platform was born.
Today oneCDP unifies online and offline data sources into a single customer profile and helps businesses turn anonymous visitors into loyal customers. We develop our own OpenRoaming network — the seamless Wi-Fi standard that removes SMS codes on every connection — and a free mobile app for guests of partner venues.
Our platform infrastructure and data are hosted within the European Union, and personal data processing is aligned with the GDPR.
