For restaurants, cafés & bars
Your POS sees the receipt. oneCDP sees the guest.
Guest Wi-Fi, POS receipts, bookings and loyalty in one guest profile. Know who comes back, who stopped coming and why, then bring them back with the right message.
from €39 per venue · from one venue to a chain · EU data residency · GDPR

The blind spot
Most of your guests are anonymous. Even the regulars.
Every system in a restaurant holds a piece of the guest, and none of them can tell you who the guest actually is.
The POS knows the order, not the person.
A receipt says what was sold and when. It can't say whether this is the third visit this month or the first one ever.
Loyalty covers only members.
Most guests never join the programme. Their visits, spend and preferences stay invisible to marketing.
Delivery apps keep your guests.
People who order through aggregators belong to the aggregator's base, not yours. You can't reach them directly.
Nobody notices when a regular stops coming.
A guest who came every week and disappeared a month ago looks exactly like a guest who was never there.
What you'll finally know
Questions oneCDP answers for your venues
Not another dashboard to decode. These are the questions owners and marketing managers ask us, and the platform answers them from your own data.
- “How many of my guests are regulars, and how much do they bring?”
- “Who came once and never returned?”
- “Which regulars haven't visited for 30 days?”
- “What is a guest worth over a year, per venue?”
- “How often do guests come back, and after how many days?”
- “Which days and hours bring new guests, and which bring regulars?”
- “How long do guests stay, and where do they sit?”
- “Do guests of one venue also visit another in the chain?”
- “Did the win-back message bring guests back to the venue?”
- “Which channel works for my guests: WhatsApp, SMS or email?”
- “How did the new menu land with regulars?”
- “What did a campaign actually return, down to ROMI?”
How it works
See the guest, understand the guest, bring the guest back.
Every visit becomes data
A branded, GDPR-compliant Wi-Fi login gives a consented contact and the visit itself. OpenRoaming reconnects returning guests automatically, so repeat visits are counted even without a login page.
One guest profile
Visits, receipts, bookings, feedback and messages join one card per guest, with visit frequency, average receipt, RFM and LTV. Segments take a couple of clicks.
Messages that bring guests back
Triggers on real behaviour in the venue: a first visit, a missed week, a birthday. Nine channels, including WhatsApp, Telegram and Apple Wallet or Google Pay loyalty cards.
Ready-made scenarios
Scenarios that run while you run the floor
Each one starts from something the guest did in the venue and stops as soon as the guest comes back.

Welcome after the first visit
A thank-you and a reason to return, sent the day after a guest first connects to Wi-Fi.
Second visit
The biggest lever in hospitality: a small perk that turns a one-time guest into a returning one.
Not seen for 14 days
A regular who usually comes weekly goes quiet. A personal message goes out before the habit breaks.
Win-back
No visit in 60 days: a stronger offer, sent in the channel the guest actually reads.
Feedback after the visit
A one-tap rating after the visit. Low scores reach the manager before they reach review sites.
Birthday
An invitation ahead of the date, with a reminder before the offer expires.
Quiet-day traffic
Guests who come on weekends get an offer for the slow weekday lunch.
New menu for regulars
Regulars hear about the new menu first, and you see who came to try it.
Why oneCDP
Receipt-based analytics stop at the till. oneCDP doesn't.
Most guest data tools for restaurants build profiles from POS and loyalty transactions. That's a good start, but it misses guests who never paid by card or never joined.
Open pricing
Start with guest Wi-Fi in one venue
Chains get volume discounts: the more venues, the lower the price per venue. The rest of the platform is calculated for your setup.
- Branded login page with GDPR-compliant consent
- Automatic reconnection via OpenRoaming
- Guest profiles and visit history
- Segments and RFM analysis
- Campaigns over SMS, email and messengers
- Data stored in the EU

Questions restaurateurs ask
Do we need to replace our POS or booking system?
No. oneCDP connects to the systems you already use via API and adds guest Wi-Fi on top. Nothing is migrated.
Is collecting guest data over Wi-Fi legal in the EU?
Yes, when the guest gives clear consent. The login page asks for it explicitly, data is stored in the EU and guests can withdraw consent at any time.
Does it make sense for a single café?
Yes. Guest Wi-Fi starts from €39 per month per venue and already gives you guest profiles, segments and campaigns.
Will guests really log in to Wi-Fi?
Most do when the ask is one field and there's a small perk. OpenRoaming then reconnects returning guests automatically, so repeat visits are counted without asking again.
Can we see results per venue in a chain?
Yes. Every visit and receipt is tied to a venue, so you compare return rates and campaign results across locations.
