What is a Customer Data Platform (CDP)?

Getting startedJun 22, 2026

A CDP unifies customer data from every source into one persistent, queryable profile per person.

A Customer Data Platform (CDP) collects customer data from many sources and unifies it into a single, persistent profile for each person. Marketing, analytics and support teams then work from one consistent view instead of a dozen disconnected tools.

oneCDP is a CDP built for businesses whose value is created on-site — restaurants, retail, hotels, fitness and the like. It connects the physical visit (guest Wi-Fi sign-in, loyalty, point of sale) with digital behaviour (website, email, campaigns) so the offline customer is no longer invisible.

What a CDP is — and isn't

  • It is a system of record for customer data, owned by you.
  • It is not a CRM: a CRM manages deals and conversations; a CDP unifies and activates data.
  • It is not a DMP: a DMP works with anonymous ad audiences; a CDP works with known, consented customers.

What you get

  • One profile per customer, with visit history, RFM and lifetime value.
  • Segments you can act on across email, SMS, push, Telegram and Wallet.
  • A privacy-first foundation: data is consent-based and stored in the EU.
