GDPR and EU data residency at oneCDP

Privacy & GDPRJun 22, 2026

How oneCDP keeps customer data lawful: consent-first collection and EU storage.

oneCDP is built for the EU market, which means privacy is part of the architecture rather than an afterthought. Customer data is collected with consent and stored in the EU.

Lawful basis

Data collection starts at the captive portal with an explicit consent checkbox that explains what you collect and why. That gives you a clear lawful basis to build profiles and communicate, and a record you can show if asked.

EU data residency

  • Customer data is stored on EU infrastructure.
  • Media and backups stay within the EU region.
  • Access is restricted and audited.

Data subject rights

Profiles support the rights customers have under the GDPR — access, correction and erasure — and retention can be configured so data isn't kept longer than needed. A Data Processing Agreement is available for customers who need one.
